If you would like to place an order or have any questions, please either call 503-826-0123
or fill in the form below. If ordering, you will be notified as to whether the items you
want are in stock and the cost of shipping. Orders will be mailed US Postal Service (2-4
days) unless UPS is requested. Orders are limited to the United States.

phone, for security reasons.

What is your shipping policy?
- Every effort will be made to ship orders by the next business day. If there is any delay
in shipping your order you will be notified via email.
- Pattern-only orders receive free shipping.
- What payment sources do you accept?
- The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa and Mastercard.
What happens if I need to return an item?
- All returns must occur within 30 days if ordered by mail order, and store credit will be
given.
- There are no returns of needles, hooks, books, patterns, sale items, or special
orders.
- If you are not happy with a fiber you have purchased from us we will gladly provide
you with store credit of the purchase price. Shipping cost will not be refunded. The
yarn/fiber must be in original condition with the yarn band intact.
- Please contact us in advance at info@dyarn.com prior to any item being returned.
Do you accept special orders?
- Special orders are acceptable for an item that is carried by one of the vendors or
distributors doing business with Designer Yarn.
- Each special order of yarn must be for at least 5 skeins.
- If you would like a particular color of a brand of yarn that Designer Yarn carries,
please email your request to info@dyarn.com and it can be ordered for you.
- While no additional fees are charged for special orders, payment must be made prior
to placing the order.
Are the colors on my monitor a true representation of the fiber?
Every effort is made to ensure that the photos of the products are true in color and tone to
the item you are purchasing. Monitor settings do vary and these variations can result in
subtle differences in color.
